 All policies in place are subject to change as we deem necessary.

We reserve the right to refuse sale to any individual or entity, for any reason.

All animals are described to the best of our abilities on sales post, including any defect (such as a nip, or missing toenail etc.) and genetics. Pictures are taken to represent the structure of the animal. Color of the animal can vary by what device the picture is being viewed on, lighting, and camera being used to take the pictures. We strive to represent our animals as true to life as we can. We do not guarantee sex of any animal bearded dragon under 6 months of age.

We reserve the right to refuse disclosure of photos of the parents of any animal we sell. This is proprietary information and falls under Trade Secret protections. We will always provide genetic information on parentage of a retailed animal purchased through us. This does not apply to animals purchased from a 3rd party, or animals sold in wholesale lots. Animals purchased from a 3rd party are not our responsibility to replace or refund. Please contact the individual the animal was purchased from for assistance.

RETURN/REFUND POLICY

  1. We want you to be happy so if for whatever reason you do not want the dragon or the dragon is sick within the first 30 days we will issue a refund minus the $55 non-refundable fee. That simple.

  2. Because this is a live animal, doing any kind of return or refund is no small matter. Should you choose to do a return or refund, know you might void your chance for another dragon from us. Reasons we think are not good for returns but will allow, 1. You thought you wanted a dragon but now you don’t. 2. The dragon is not nice to you. 3. You didn’t do enough research before purchasing. Reasons we think are good for returns or refunds and are happy to try and find a replacement. 1 The animal is or becomes sick. 2. The animal is DOA.

  3. We will not always be able to do a physical return. When you purchase from us, you agree that there is a chance we will not be able to take the dragon back, in the event that this happens, we will still issue you a full refund minus the original shipping costs.

  4. We will never issue a refund for more than what you purchased your dragon for. Set up costs, lighting, food, meds, and other things are all your responsibility.

LIVE ARRIVAL GUARANTEE

The live arrival guarantee only applies if you are present to receive the animal at time of delivery (for home deliveries). If you are not able to do this, we can ship to a FedEx customer center convenient to you for pick up. Temperatures should not exceed 90 degrees or fall below 30 at the connecting hub or the arrival destination for Pogona species. We absolutely will not ship in inclement weather. 

Should there be a delivery mishap, you must provide a photo of damaged box and or dead animal / animals inside the original shipping container. Photos must be sent within 30 minutes of the delivery time stamp. If you are not there to receive the package, this voids our live arrival guarantee. Biblical Dragons is only responsible for replacing/refunding the original purchase price of the animal. The actual shipping costs will be deducted from the refund amount if the refund option is chosen. If a package arrives after the scheduled arrival time due to an error on UPS's /FEDEX’s part causing the animal to arrive deceased, we will seek a refund for the shipping cost and return it to the buyer if it is awarded. 

Acts of nature do not count as error on FedEx part. 

HEALTH GUARANTEE

We provide a 30-day health guarantee on our animals as long as proper husbandry is being followed. Since this is a live animal, once they leave our hands, we cannot control how they are cared for. We require the new owner to communicate with us if the animal is not settling in well. If you do not communicate with us that you are having an issue, and you contact us after the 30 days, we cannot be responsible for the animal’s health. If your animal is acting off, please do not hesitate to contact us for assistance BEFORE you take any action. DO NOT seek the advice of another person or search engine before contacting us.

PET ONLY POLICY

Any animals purchased as PET ONLY will not come with genetic background. These animals are sold solely with the intention of them going to a good pet only home.

HOLDS & DEPOSITS

We no longer accept deposits for dragons listed on our site. Any dragon purchased on our site we are able to hold up to 21 days, if you need more time on top of the 21 days we require an additional $75 for up to an additional 21 days (42 days total).

SEX & COLOR

Biblical Dragons LLC does not guarantee the sex of any animals sold unless they're 6 months or older. We take all of our pictures with a Nikon z7II and an iPhone 12 Pro Max. We do our best to have our images match the dragons color in person. We do not guarantee the color of any animals sold, nor do we guarantee the color they may be as they reach adulthood. Due to the unpredictability of animals, we also do not guarantee temperment, or conformation of the animal as they develop. Many factors are at play during growth and development that we cannot control.

PAYMENT OPTIONS
